HealthKonnect acts as an intermediary, linking users with verified healthcare service providers for booking medical appointments, online consultations, tests, ambulances, and blood units. While we strive for high service standards, fulfillment of bookings and outcome of services are managed by respective providers.

3. User Obligations

You must provide accurate information for all bookings and maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities through your account.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Cancellation policies and refunds for booked services are governed by the respective provider’s rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

HealthKonnect is not liable for non-performance, delays, or issues caused by third-party providers or uncontrollable circumstances. Any disputes regarding service quality should first be addressed directly to the provider, and escalated to HealthKonnect if unresolved.

6. Prohibited Use

The platform may not be used for any unlawful activity, unauthorized data access, or fraudulent bookings.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed. Users will be notified of changes through the app or registered email.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of jurisdiction in Kolkata.
